Booking & Deposits:

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will receive a payment link for 100% of the service cost, which must be paid before booking your next visit.

We kindly ask all clients to respect our time and the time of other clients who could take your appointment slot.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

We strive to describe our services and prices as clearly as possible. If you are unsure about the cost of a service, please ask your stylist before your appointment starts. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design or nail length.

SALON POLICY

A 30% of CANCELLATION FEE may be required to secure a place for a nail appointment.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your nail appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.

We will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of 30% of scheduled service in case of last-minute cancellations (less than 48h) 

If you cancel/no show up for your appointment on the day, as this eliminates any opportunity to fill the space, the total cost of the booked service will have to be paid before you can re-book.
